CATS AT NORTH CENTRAL POUND!!!

THESE POOR ANGELS WILL BE KILLED AT ANY MOMENT!!! THE POUND MAY CALL THEM "FRACTIOUS"
OR "FERAL", BUT MOST ARE PROBABLY JUST SCARED. SOME MAY BE VERY TAME BUT MAY JUST
HAVE SNIFFLES. I HAVE NOT MET THESE POOR KITTIES--THEY ARE ALL PROBABLY BEHIND LOCKED
DOORS, WHERE NO ONE SEES THEM, LET ALONE ADOPTS THEM.  CALL THE POUND IMMEDIATELY,
ASK TO PUT AN ADOPT ALERT ON THEM EVEN THOUGH THE POUND MAY SAY NO, AND THEN GO AND
ADOPT OR RESCUE THEM. YOU ARE THEIR LAST HOPE! PLEASE SAVE THESE PRECIOUS ANGELS!

A776300 The pound has removed the record of this poor kitty
from its website. Perhaps they have already killed this poor
angel, since they list her as "sick". Or they may be getting
ready to kill her, so her life may be in the greatest danger!
Please call the pound and ask about her!!! 2/10/06 DOMESTIC

North Central pound is very high kill, with many animals at any given time, urgently in need of adopting. Animals at pounds are often scared and do not act as they would in a safe home environment.
They are also often poorly groomed and need a bath so don't judge the animal by these conditions. Breeds are often mis-indentified, animals are often much younger than listed--often less than half
the age listed, and 99.999% of the animals have wonderful temperaments. Please adopt an adult or older baby, or best of all, a senior animal. They make great pets. North Central pound is full of
wonderful animals abandoned for no good reason. Sometimes there is a volunteer or rescuer present that can answer questions. Ask for help but evaluate the animal yourself.

Please call or go to the pound immediately! The pound does not have email. Only the pound can tell you whether an animal is still there and alive. And only the pound can put an alert for you on an
animal , which will hopefully keep the animal safe until you get there to adopt. If the animal you want is no longer available, please go to North Central anyway because there are so many wonderful
animals urgently in need of adoption there, and sweet, wonderful animals are impounded every day, and all needing a loving new home.

North Central pound is very close to both the 110 freeway and the 5 freeway, in a very safe neighborhood. Parking is available on street or in the parking lot. Address: 3201 Lacy Street. Los Angeles,
CA. Directions: take Figueroa exit off the 110 Fwy (if heading North), follow exit to the first light. Take Figueroa exit off the 5 Fwy (if heading south), turn right. Turn right (south) onto avenue 26. Go
under the freeway and turn left onto the next street, Lacy. The pound is on the left side of the street, parking lot is in front. Hours: 8am-5pm Wed-Fri-Sat, 8am-7pm Tues-Thurs, 11am-5pm Sun, open
only to rescue on Mon. Telephone: Toll free, 1-888/452-7381, then press 1, then 4, then 1. Direct lines,
213/485-5767, 213/485-8855, 213/485-9241, and 213/847-2440. Phones should be answered 24/7,
please call them IMMEDIATELY to put an "adopt alert", and note in the computer and on the animal's card--that will keep the animal safe for 1 more day, to give you a chance to get down there and
rescue.
